1. License Grant

Subject to this EULA, aimos grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software build associated with your valid license.

2. License Scope

  • The software is licensed, not sold.
  • Your rights are limited to the purchased plan and activation conditions.
  • Access may depend on active status checks, subscription state, and policy compliance.

3. Restrictions

You must not:

  • Copy, redistribute, resell, lease, sublicense, or share your build/license.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, patch, or tamper with protections.
  • Bypass access controls, telemetry checks, or subscription checks.
  • Use the software in violation of law or third-party platform terms.
  • Remove or alter proprietary notices.

Unauthorized cracking, bypassing, or tampering may trigger account/license termination and may also expose you to civil and/or criminal liability where permitted by applicable law.

4. Ownership and IP

All software, builds, infrastructure, and related materials remain property of aimos and its licensors. This EULA gives no ownership rights or implied transfer of intellectual property.

5. Updates and Compatibility

aimos may provide updates, fixes, and policy changes. We do not guarantee compatibility with all hardware, operating systems, or third-party services across all versions.

6. Suspension and Termination

License rights may be suspended or terminated if abuse, fraud, non-payment, policy violations, or security risks are detected. On termination, you must stop all use of the software.

  • Payment abuse includes fraudulent refunds, chargebacks without prior support contact, or identity evasion.
  • During active dispute review, access may be temporarily suspended to prevent service abuse.
  • Repeated abuse or confirmed fraud can lead to permanent account and license termination.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aimos is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business interruption.

9. Legal Compliance and No Legal Advice

Based on our internal legal assessment, offering this software license for sale is lawful in our operating jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that purchasing, importing, possessing, and using this software is lawful in your country/region and complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform terms.

10. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by applicable law as determined by the service operator, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
