End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, aimos grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal use only. This license does not include the right to sublicense, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Rent, lease, or lend the Software to third parties
• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software
• Share your license key or build with others

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. aimos retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights therein. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of aimos.

4. Term and Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. AIMOS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT ITS OPERATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL AIMOS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
