1. Acceptance of Terms

By using aimos websites, dashboards, APIs, and software builds, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not access or use the service.

2. Service Scope

aimos provides licensed software builds and related account services. Some features require compatible hardware (for example Arduino Leonardo + Host Shield, RP2040 PiZero, or a 2PC MAKCU chain) and correct setup by the user.

2A. Legal Compliance and No Legal Advice

Based on our internal assessment, offering this software license for sale is lawful in our operating jurisdiction.

You are responsible for ensuring that purchasing, importing, possessing, and using this software is legal in your country/region and compliant with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform terms.

We do not provide legal advice. If you need legal certainty, consult a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction before purchase or use.

3. Eligibility and Account Security

  • You must provide accurate purchase and account information.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account, build, and license key.
  • You must keep credentials and license material private.
  • You must comply with applicable law and platform rules in your jurisdiction.

4. Billing, Plans, and Activation

Plan pricing and duration are shown at checkout and in your dashboard. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Digital sales are generally final unless required otherwise by law.

  • One-time plans run for their stated duration.
  • Current public 1PC and 2PC plans are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated.
  • Legacy subscriptions created before this policy change may still renew until canceled or ended.
  • License time starts from first launcher activation.
  • Legacy renewal reminders may be sent by Discord and/or email before the next charge.
  • Legacy recurring plans may be set to cancel at period end under our inactivity policy.
  • Manual or gifted licenses may follow separate internal provisioning rules.

4A. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Canceling a legacy subscription stops future renewals at period end; it does not backdate access.
  • No prorated refunds are guaranteed for partially used billing periods.
  • Digital keys/licenses are generally non-refundable once delivered and/or activated, unless required by law.
  • Legacy subscription renewals are customer-managed; forgetting to cancel does not guarantee a refund.
  • Refund exceptions may be reviewed case-by-case for verified technical delivery failure that our support cannot resolve.
  • We may deny refund requests in cases of repeated abuse, chargeback patterns, policy evasion, or contradictory claims.
  • Inactivity auto-cancel uses objective launcher activity timestamps and fixed thresholds per plan.
  • Policy decisions and fraud-prevention outcomes are logged and can be used for enforcement.

4B. Chargebacks, Disputes, and Abuse Protection

  • Please contact support before opening a payment dispute so we can resolve billing issues directly.
  • Where a chargeback/dispute is opened, we may suspend the related license and services during investigation.
  • We may submit objective evidence to payment processors, including license activation logs, timestamps, and account linkage records.
  • Confirmed payment abuse may result in permanent suspension of affected accounts, licenses, and reseller access.
  • Where permitted by law, we may offset confirmed dispute losses against pending balances, credits, or future payouts.

4C. Reseller Commission Risk Controls

  • Commissions are first recorded as pending and become available only after the configured hold period.
  • Transactions that are refunded, reversed, or charged back may be canceled from commission eligibility.
  • Minimum payout thresholds and anti-fraud checks apply before transfer execution.
  • We may delay or deny payout when risk signals indicate policy abuse, identity inconsistency, or payment fraud.

5. License Rules

A license grants limited access rights. It is not ownership of software or source code.

  • No sharing, resale, redistribution, or sublicensing without written permission.
  • No reverse engineering, tampering, or bypassing license/security checks.
  • No abuse of support, infrastructure, payment, reseller, or affiliate systems.
  • Violation may lead to suspension, cancellation, or permanent ban.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Illegal activity, fraud, or payment abuse.
  • Account takeovers, credential stuffing, scraping, or endpoint abuse.
  • Cracking, reverse engineering, binary patching, bypassing protections, or license tampering.
  • Any attempt to impersonate staff or manipulate role/permission systems.
  • Any use that creates material risk for the service or other users.

Where permitted by law, serious abuse may be referred to legal counsel and/or relevant authorities.

7. Monitoring, Security, and Enforcement

We may log operational and security telemetry to protect infrastructure, enforce licensing, investigate abuse, and maintain service quality. We may suspend or terminate access where risk, abuse, or breach is detected.

8. Disclaimer

Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every environment, or suitability for a specific purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aimos is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after publication of updated Terms means you accept the revised version.
